First visit

Prepare for your first visit with our new patient pack. Inside you'll find a welcome letter and a copy of our privacy policy. You can save time, before you arrive by downloading our New Patient Form. Your answers will help us to provide you with optimal dental care. Please bring this with you to your first appointment.

We follow the Australian Dental Association (ADA) Guidelines and you will be asked to update your details on an annual basis.

Health funds

Please remember to bring your Health Fund Card to every appointment as we are unable to process a claim without your card.

At Tewantin Dental Centre, we request payment at the time of your appointment.

Cancellation policy

Once an appointment has been made, we schedule our day and our staff to suit this so if you need to change this time we request 48 hours notice, otherwise a cancellation fee will apply.

Should you fail to attend your appointment, a fee will also apply.

For this reason we offer a range of treatment options to cater towards these patients and help ensure to that your visit is a comfortable and relaxing experience.
